Conflict of Interest Questionnaire

Effective January 1, 2006, Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176 requires all vendors or potential vendors of the District to fill out and file a form questionnaire developed by the State Ethics Commission. The form must be filed with the district.

The form can be found at the Texas Ethics Commission website: www.ethics.state.tx.us/filinginfo/conflict_forms.htm

In accordance with Chapter 176 all questionnaires must be posted on the District's website.
