TRS-ActiveCare (Medical Health Insurance) is provided through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

The TRS-ActiveCare website is an extremely helpful site where you can find a doctor, register on BC/BS Navigator, obtain a temporary ID card and log into Teladoc.
